Our Mission

Snake River Community Clinic bridges the gap in healthcare access by delivering quality, whole-person healthcare for the underserved of the region.

As a volunteer organization, the clinic offers all products and services to uninsured and underinsured individuals for no cost. Medical, Dental, Integrated Behavioral Health, Vision Hardware, Laboratory work and Medications are offered with the aim to increase health equity by supporting the opportunity of all patients to obtain their full health potential.

Snake River Community Clinic is a free 501(c)3 nonprofit clinic. Your donations are deductible as charitable contributions and help to serve others. Monetary, medical equipment, and medical supplies are needed and accepted at the clinic.

The Glenn E. Jefferson, MD Endowment Fund for Community Healthcare and Service Learning at the Snake River Community Clinic was established in June 2021 to be used by the nonprofit for charitable, educational and scientific purposes.
